Making the conversation even more uncomfortable for many men is the fact that most medical offices are staffed by women and more often than not, the physician or medical provider is a woman. At the Men’s Clinic we have an all-male staff in an office setting specifically designed to make a man feel comfortable and safe.
You've been trying to start a family for over a year. All the conditions appear to be right, but nothing has happened so far. Could it be a low sperm count?
Oligospermia – the medical name for a low sperm count - is one cause of male infertility. While it takes only a single sperm to fertilise an egg (ovum), the odds of a single sperm reaching the egg are very low.
A normal sperm count is 20 million or more sperm per milliliter of semen. In order to father a child, at least 60 percent of those sperm should have a normal shape and show normal forward movement or "motility". These numbers are somewhat subjective because some men with lower sperm counts have indeed fathered children and some men with higher sperm counts have been unable to father children.

Most men want to be good lovers. This one should go without saying, but there are a surprising number of people out there who don’t care about their partner’s experience. Even if you’re just in a casual sexual relationship with someone who has a vulva, you should still be invested in their pleasure.
It should feel good to make another person feel good. Ask them how you can make the evening enjoyable for them. Spend time focusing on just their body. Tell them how much it turns you on to hear their moans. There’s nothing sexier than knowing that your partner is genuinely enjoying bringing you pleasure.
